How does the subscription work?
You can register via the subscription form at the bottom of this page.
The following applies to the first 10 singers per voice type (S1, S2, A1, A2, T1, T2, B1, B2):
(S1 is complete!)
You will receive an email with the payment details. Your subscription is valid once your payment has been received, after which you will be sent a confirmation of participation.
From number 11 or above (per voice type) the following applies:
You will receive an email informing you that 10 singers have already registered for your voice type and you will be asked whether you would like to be placed on the waiting list. Perhaps there are fewer registrations of other voice types and the division of voices will be adjusted.
If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, we will of course send you a message as soon as a preferred position becomes available to you!
What happens after confirmation of particiption?
We will send you the sheet music around May 1, 2024, by email, so you can put the files on your tablet/I-Pad or make a print. If desired, we can print the music for you and send it to you for € 15,= per booklet. (excluding international postal rate) You can indicate your preference on subscription.
Since we need to make a reservation at a suitable location, we ask you to indicate on your subscription form whether you would like to join us for dinner on Saturday evening. The costs for this dinner are estimated at € 25, = excluding drinks.
For those who would like to stay overnight in Doesburg, several places are available at private homes of people within the network of the organisation. Please indicate on subscription!
